We make every effort to give you the highest quality product available and take great pride in our work. We will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. When returned Buyer pays for return shipping, and 10% restocking amount. If you feel that the item does not meet your expectations please return it within 14 days of purchase, in original condition and able to be resold.  Unfortunately if this criteria is not met, a refund cannot be issued. To help keep it in its original condition, item must be returned in its original packaging if possible including a water proof barrier. Sally Terry Brand Products must be notified of shipping date and a tracking number is to be furnished at that time. When received by seller it will be inspected and buyer will be notified as to the refund and refund amount.

SHIPPING POLICY

We normally ship by USPS Priority Mail within 1-3 Business Days. Please make sure that you include both a street address and PO Box to make it possible for you to receive packages if that is an issue, especially in rural areas.

We ship within 3-5 Business Day typically by USPS. Please call 863-578-4585 if you need another form of shipping.

We gladly accept returns in re-salable condition within 14 days of receipt of your item. Please return in original packaging with a copy of the receipt.
